WAW is an exclusive benefit for Fabege’s tenants, giving their employees access to three modern, high-quality workspaces with comfortable meeting rooms and fast Wi-Fi – located in Arenastaden, Hammarby Sjöstad and Stockholm city.
Each of the three offices has its own unique character and is designed to meet different needs – offering a mix of traditional desks, standing stations and relaxed lounge areas. Further down the page, you’ll find facility details and opening hours for each WAW location.

Download the Flowpass app, which you’ll use to book a workspace, unlock doors, and manage your bookings.

Download the app here: App Store or Google Play or search for Flowpass in your phones app store. Alternatively, you can use Flowpass in your browser
Sign up using your work email
Confirm your registration via the email from Flowpass
You’re now ready to make your first booking!
Making your first booking
In the Flowpass app, you’ll find WAW Hammarby Sjöstad, WAW City and WAW Arenastaden.
To book:
Go to BOOK in the app and scroll to your preferred workspace
Tap the desired location: WAW City: Book morning and/or afternoon slots, WAW Hammarby Sjöstad and Arenastaden: Book full-day access
Need a meeting room? These can be booked in the app, per request and subject to availability
On arrival
You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email. You’ll also find your reservation under HOME in the app. To access the space, tap ACCESS KEY in your booking – this acts as your digital key to open the doors.

WAW Locations
WAW Stockholm City, located at Gamla Brogatan 29, offers approximately 200 sqm of space with 50 drop-in desks, 1 meeting room for 6 people, 2 phone booths, and is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00. Closed for lunch between 12:00 - 13:00.
WAW Hammarby Sjöstad, located at Ljusslingan 4, floor 2, offers approximately 1,259 sqm of space with 16 workstations, 1 meeting room for up to 6 persons and 8 phone booths, and is open from 08:00 to 17:00.
WAW Arenastaden, located at Pyramidvägen 7, floor 2, offers approximately. 1,400 sqm of space with 12 workstations, 1 meeting room up to 6 persons and 8 phone booths, and is open from 08:00 to 17:00.
