We love bringing people together. To make everyday life easier for our customers, we have created three new, modern meeting rooms in Arenastaden, gathered under the concept name RUM.
Our meeting rooms accommodate up to 30 people and are suitable for everything from conferences and training sessions to networking events, board meetings, workshops, and lectures.
The rooms are easily booked via the Flowpass app, with options for half-day or full-day booking

Making your first booking
In the Flowpass app, you’ll find the workspace RUM.
To book:
Go to BOOK/SEARCH in the app and scroll to your preferred workspace
Tap the desired location: WAW Hammarby Sjöstad and Arenastaden: Book full-day access
On arrival
You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email. You’ll also find your reservation under HOME in the app. To access the space, tap ACCESS KEY in your booking – this acts as your digital key to open the doors and will appear in the app on the day of the booking.
