We aim to offer a more modern platform that is easier to use, featuring enhanced features for bookings, communication, and events.
2. When will Spaceflow close?
Spaceflow will close on August 29.
3. What will happen to my existing bookings in Spaceflow?
You don’t need to do anything. All your bookings will automatically be transferred to Flowpass during the weekend before launch.
4. When can I start using Flowpass?
Flowpass will open for bookings on September 1.
5. Do I have to create a new account?
Yes. All users need to create an account in Flowpass.
You can easily download the app via the App Store or Google Play, or search for Flowpass in your phone’s app store. Prefer using a browser? You can also register via the Flowpass web app.

6. How do I log in?
You can log in via the Flowpass app or on the web: app.flowpass.co
7. Do I still use Parakey to open meeting room doors?
Yes. You will continue using Parakey to unlock meeting rooms. When you book a room through Flowpass, a digital key is automatically sent to your Parakey app for the date and time of your booking—just like before.
8. Will it cost me anything as a user?
No, Flowpass is free for you, as a tenant/employee, to use at Forskaren.
9. What should I do if something doesn’t work?
The Flowpass team will be on site on September 1–2 to help and answer questions. You can also contact support: cs@flowpass.co
