We love bringing people together. To make everyday life easier for our customers, we have created three new, modern meeting rooms in Arenastaden, gathered under the concept name RUM.
Our meeting rooms accommodate up to 30 people and are suitable for everything from conferences and training sessions to networking events, board meetings, workshops, and lectures.
The rooms are easily booked via the Flowpass app, with options for half-day or full-day booking

Download the Flowpass app here: App Store or Google Play or search for Flowpass in your phones app store. Alternatively, you can use Flowpass in your browser.

You’re now ready to make your first booking!
Making your first booking
Go to SEARCH in the app and scroll to the workspace RUM
Tap REQUEST on the desired meeting room. Choose date and time - half-day or full-day access.
A chat will get started where you leave your invoice details
You receive a booking confirmation my email
On arrival
You find your reservation under HOME in the app. To access the space, tap ACCESS KEY in your booking – this acts as your digital key to open the door and is activated in connection with your booking time. If this is your first time booking a meeting room at RUM c/o Fabege, you will need to download the Parakey app. To open - tap the purple key icon when you are outside the room
Catering
You can order breakfast, lunch, or fika at Du Bon Pain Café, right by the main entrance. Order must be placed 2–3 days in advance via 070-339 19 46 or arenastaden@dubonpain.se
